The big 1000cc V4Tuono, amongst some unusual configuration, high compression engines like the R1 big bang and BMW HP2 need a lot of battery power to turn the engine over when warm. The battery was only 10 amps and although kept on a bike charger wasn't in the best of conditions. A new higher ampage battery has now been fitted and a beefed up earth cable.
