Cause it tastes better than lobster. Gut the fish, stuff it with onions, spices and lime juice. Wrap it in tin foil, place over hot coals. The sandpaper leather like skin falls right off and you will remember my name when you taste the best bahamian fish you didn't even know was eatable.
Yes we ate Atlantic spade fish and Barracuda
No we did not kill Nassau, we want them to recover in full, and Yes it is legal to kill during a short time in February, which we still choose not to kill them.
The turtle thing, yes i now know i was in the wrong. Mexico and Hawaii divers have different habits. I know now for next time. My apologies.
Prodding the sting ray was as one prods a cow to move, i was looking for lobster under the rocks and the Southern Ray was a little in the way.
