Watch for this video to be shown on the Discovery. It may be on a show called "World's Weirdest". I have no idea how they are going to use it, but it should be exciting.

This was taken at Maho Beach on the Dutch side of the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten. A jet was taking off next to our beach and blew everything all over the place. One of my son's Crocs was blown 3 football fields into the ocean. In addition, most of our cameras were thrown all over the beach. Nothing was permanently damaged though, except for losing a Croc. This was on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at approximately 2:00PM. We stopped off at this island from our cruise on the Carnival Valor. The beach is right next to the famous Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). The planes take off and land incredibly close to the beach. What a great time!

Many have asked what camera model I used to shoot this... It is a Kodak PlaySport Zx3 HD Waterproof Video Camera.

You should really try to visit this beach! Yes, I'm sure it's not the most relaxing beach out there, but there are plenty of those types in the world. This is the only place that I know of that you are able to experience the thrust from a jet plane taking off. It literally is, A BLAST! So please don't knock it until you try it.
