Do you have fire starting methods of your own to avoid buying overpriced fire starting logs? Let us know! We found this one very effective, can you beat it?
From a comment in this video asking why I use this method...
"About 2 weeks ago I purchased a cord of wood. That is a lot... It didn't burn well and I needed to find a way to get it started, at first I tried paper and cardboard but it burned too quick. Then I used starter logs and they worked great but were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! So... I discovered the beauty of getting a small but HOT starter going. The cotton + vasoline has worked so well that there is no need to go back to the expensive solutions."
