With their eldest daughter couple, Gapsu and Jeomsun goes to see the doctor for Gapsu's back pain. Thankfully, the doctor tells them that Gapsu won't have to go through the operation again, and Gapsu becomes happy as if his pain is all cured. Back in the island, they spend a good time with their eldest daughter couple, catching Manila clams and cooking pancakes.
