I WAS EXPERIENCING MASTITIS(inflammation of breast tissue, blocked duct)
and was prescribed the antibiotic "Flucloxacillin sodium".

I was instructed by my doctor to Hand Express a small
amount of breast milk to dispose of every time before
breastfeeding to minimize the amount of the antibiotic
baby may consume.

So for educational purposes, I will demonstrate how I do
it (for moms in the same situation as I am - taking antibiotics for mastitis)

Wilson has just woken up from his nap, he starts crying
to be fed, I needed to urgently Hand Express a small
amount of milk to dispose of before I could breastfeed him
